Three rockets were fired at southern Israel by Gaza terrorists at around 12 minutes after midnight late Tuesday night, triggering Red Alarm incoming rocket warning sirens in the communities of Alumim, Sharsheret and the city of Netivot, further to the north.

As happened last week, a mother and toddler fell and were hurt while racing for for the safety of a bomb shelter – this time in Netivot – where one of the rockets landed in the industrial zone.

The little boy was treated by medical personnel for a cut on his head.

All three of the rockets exploded in open areas, according to a statement by the Israel Defense Forces spokesperson.
