The Lana Ditchek Goldberg Hachnossos Kallah of Greater Miami will mark its 31st anniversary with a benefit tea. The women-only event will feature a concert by singing sensation Chanale plus special performances by the girls’ choirs from local girls’ high schools. Delicious refreshments will include sushi, salads, dessert buffet and a coffee bar. A unique boutique and raffle prizes will complete the evening of fun and festivities.

The event will honor Rebbetzin Chani Lipskar and Mrs. Sheva Schochet.

The celebration will take place on Tuesday, February 17, 7:30 p.m., at The Shul of Bal Harbour, 9540 Collins Ave in Surfside. Complimentary valet parking will be provided.

Hachnossos Kallah enables young couples who need financial assistance to have a wedding they can remember with pride. The organization also provides aid in setting up a Jewish home. This is an expensive undertaking and one that many cannot afford.

This year, 40 couples were helped. The organization needs the support of the extended Jewish community so that it can continue in its important work.

General admission is $36, high school girls $10, sponsors $50, patrons $100, supporters $180, benefactors $250, silver benefactors $360, gold benefactors, $500, platinum benefactors $1,000, ruby benefactors $1,800, emerald benefactor $2,500 diamond benefactors $5,000 and sponsoring a bride is $2,500.
