Israel’s internal security service has arrested ten Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP) terrorists for plotting to kidnap Israelis, according to a report by the AFP.
Security concerns caused the information to be controlled by censors who have now made the information public.
Two of the suspects resided in Ramallah near the Jewish town of Beit El in southern Samaria. They are accused of planning to kidnap and Israeli soldier in order to ransom him for PFLP head Ahmed Saadat, who is serving a 30 year sentence in Israeli prison.
