Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has announced his plans to build a massive 43-mile cement barrier between the picturesque Golan Heights and the Syrian border.
According to the prime minister, the gray-slab structure will protect Israel from infiltrations and terror attacks coming from Syria, the Telegraph reported.
The announcement was made following the completion of a similar structure along the border with Sinai.
