Megillah 4a:
While the Talmud makes it clear that Jewish women have to hear the Megilah read on Purim, Tosafot raise the interesting question as to whether or not women can read the Megilah for men. This also gives way to the question of an all women prayer service where the Torah is taken from the Ark to be read.
