Israelis have an extra hour to sleep Saturday night when the country turns back the clock at 2 am Sunday to return to the country’s Standard Time.

Israel Daylight Savings Time will begin again next year at 2 am on Friday, March 24, 2023, when the country will lose an hour of sleep as the clock is moved forward by one hour.
