Passengers departing from Israel and Israeli passengers returning to Israel by November 29, 2012 (inclusive) will be able to move up their flight dates with no cancelation fee or handling fee. (If the change entails an upgrade to a higher Class, the difference in fare will be charged). It is also possible to receive a full refund.
Passengers wishing to postpone their flights beyond November 29, 2012 may do so for up to 6 months beyond that date with no charge for this change either. The new fare will be the fare in effect on the new date of departure.
Tourists to Israel may change or cancel their flights until/including November 22, 2012 (in accordance with the above conditions).
Israelis living overseas who receive a call-up for immediate army service will be granted discounts on their flights to Israel at EL AL’s overseas branches upon presentation of their call-up notice.
