Photo of Wounded but Smiling Solder Stabbed by Terrorist He Tackled

The soldier who tackled a Palestinian Authority terrorist and was stabbed has been identified as Yoav Lightman.

He was one of several soldiers who confronted a group of Palestinian Authority Arabs who were trying to sneak across the security fence near the Oranit crossing east of Tel Aviv.

Lightman suffered light to moderate wounds. The terrorist was captured, and as seen below, Lightman is recovering nicely.
