Los Angeles County Commissioner Howard Winkler was unanimously reappointed by the L. A. County Board of Supervisors to the Los Angeles County Commission on Alcohol & Other Drugs (CCAOD) for a term that extends to the end of 2014. The commission cooperates closely with the district attorney, Probation Department, public defender and sheriff.
