MK Oren Hazan (Likud) has a bad reputation in the Knesset.
Here is the speech Hazan just gave in Knesset, returning a month after being kicked out for bad behavior.

The Speaker of the Knesset even gave him some extra time to get his message out there.
He started out by nicely joking with Zahava Gal-on (Meretz), and giving her his blessings, and then describing his recent interactions with a blind and deaf man which gave him new insights.
