Hebron, the police and the IDF are gearing up for what is expected to be a major funeral for Rabbi Moshe Levinger, who passed away on Shabbat.

Rabbi Levinger was responsible for reestablishing Jewish life in Hebron, which had been wiped out in the Arab massacres, and for founding the town of nearby Kiryat Arba.

Numerous parking areas have been set up in Kiryat Arba and public transportation has been arranged.

The eulogies are set to begin at 12:30 PM, and the funeral procession will start at 2 PM.

Public transportation from Kiryat Arba to the Maarat Hamchpelah (Tomb of the Patriarchs) will begin at 10 AM.

The 160 Egged bus line between Kiryat Arba and Maarat HaMachpelah will end at noon.

The police are asking everyone to be patient and follow their instructions.
