Camp Gan Israel of South Broward, located at the newly expanded and renovated Florida Jerusalem Campus of Chabad of South Broward, 1295 East Hallandale Beach Blvd. in Hallandale, is having another fun summer.
Camp directors are the dynamic Rabbi Mendy and Endi Tennenhaus. An impressive group of counselors and staff members are providing the boys and girls with a summer of fun and Torah learning and a lifetime of wonderful memories.
For many years the junior camp was located at Chabad of South Broward headquarters and the senior camp at a public high school. With the completion of the two beautiful old-Jerusalem style buildings, the youngsters can have camp at one location. The success of this summer has been phenomenal for the 300 children attending the camp.
