What the US Military Remembers

What the US Military Remembers

This is a menorah of remembrance which will be lit inside the Maxwell-Gunter Air Force Base chapel in Alaska during Holocaust Remembrance Day.

According to the Pentagon website, Holocaust Remembrance Day commemorates the Jews who perished in internment camps under the hand of Nazi Germany.

Internment camps? Really? Makes you think they died from the harsh conditions, like, say, the Japanese Americans interned during the same period, or maybe the Native Americans on the Trail of Tears.

For the record, those Jews “perished” because the folks running the same Air Force wouldn’t bomb the railroad tracks that so industriously shipped thousands of Jews to their “internment” in the Auschwitz-Birkenau death camp system.

One well aimed bomb would have saved, or at least prolonged the lives of so many.

I don’t think the U.S. Air Force is entitled to a menorah of remembrance.

The base is in Alabama, not Alaska.

  2. Dianne Wall says:

You have every right to feel the way you do. Please know that there are a lot of Christian conservatives who are committed to supporting the Jewish people/Israelis. I hope one day you will find it in your heart to forgive my nation for the lack of wisdom and moral clarity during such an atrocious and wicked act as the Holocaust.

Last night, the FAA lifted their travel ban on flights to Israel.

Sen Ted Cruz wants the administration to give straight answers to questions about the FAA ban on Israel.

Why is the ban on Israel’s airport different from all other FAA bans?

Abbas adopts Hamas as peace partner, big brave Kerry scurries out of Israel despite FAA ban and Mashaal goes off his rocker.

Yet again, non-anti-Semitic ‘pro-Palestinian’ demonstrators can’t quite seem to break free of anti-Semitic jargon.

Tomer Sargon of Netivot heard that IDF soldiers haven’t been able to bath in days, for lack of water and showering facilities out in the field. So he took it upon himself to help, by driving down to the Gaza border with a truck filled with huge water containers, just so the soldiers could have […]
