Kentucky Senator Rand Paul was the only Republican who didn’t hate the deal outright “I think they need to keep the sanctions in place but I think keeping the door open, continuing conversations, is better than war,” Paul said after he had launched his presidential bid. He stressed that on the Iran deal “I differ from some Republicans.”
