Vice President Joe Biden said on Thursday that Iran is two to three months away from a nuclear bomb if negotiations blow up, according to a report in the Washington Examiner.

Biden said:

“Let’s get something straight so we don’t kid each other. They already have paved a path to a bomb’s worth of material. Iran could get there now if they walked away in two to three months without a deal.”

The remarks were made at a dinner for the Washington Institute for Near East Policy.
