Thousands of Ultra-Orthodox adults and young children are protesting against the universal draft in Kikar Shabbat in Jerusalem.

The adults have handcuffed all the children together as part of their protest.

United Torah Judaism and Shas have renounced  the demonstration and passed the message to Prime Minister Netanyahu.

  1. The Ultra Orthodox should be told in no uncertain terms.
You either serve your country in some way, for three years, just as every other male and female Jew has to do, or there will be no money allocated to you.
You expect the IDF to protect you. You are first to run to the police and army for protection.
    DO YOUR DUTY.

REMEMBER THAT DAVID ALSO FOUGHT THE ENEMY.
DO YOUR DUTY, IF NOT IN THE ;POLICE OR MILITARY, JOIN mda AND MAKE YOURSELVES USEFUL.
DO YOU CALL A DOCTOR OR AMBULANCE IF YOU HAVE A MEDICAL PROBLEM?
WELL, DO YOUR DUTY OR GET OUT.
