Three Israelis were killed and five others were injured Monday when their mini-bus collided with a train, Swiss media reported.
The Swiss daily The Local reported that the accident occurred at a train crossing where there was no barrier.
The Israel’s tourist van was on its way to Engleberg when it passed through the crossing just as a train headed its way. No one on the train was injured.
Two helicopters, five ambulances and 10 fire trucks rushed to the scene, according to the Bolick newspaper.
