It is absolutely clear, however, that Pyongyang intends to continue working until it produces a weapon of mass destruction. It is also not likely to take much longer until it achieves that goal.

When it does finally succeed in creating its hydrogen bomb, North Korea will join Iran in presenting an existential threat to the State of Israel.
