Arab youths from Tulkarem in the Palestinian Authority display Hamas flags on the sideline of a victory parade on October 13, 2023, one week after the Hamas massacre of Israeli women, children, and babies.

The Regavim Movement has released a video montage of statements of support by senior Palestinian Authority officials for the barbaric October 7 Hamas terrorist attack in the Gaza Envelope communities.

TThe time has come to finally internalize the equation of terrorism: The Palestinian Authority = Hamas,” the organization emphasizes.

The video features a collection of public statements made by senior Palestinian Authority and Fatah officials over the past few days on the PA’s official television channel and on social media.

The small but representative sample amply and accurately illustrates the attitude and atmosphere among the Arab leadership of Judea and Samaria: The murderous attack on the communities of southern Israel was “a dream come true,” and they call for an unrelenting continuation of attacks throughout Judea, Samaria and throughout Israel.

The video includes quotes from Hasan Dara’ma, Ayad Jarad and Abbas Zaki, senior Fatah officials, who declare “our brothers in Gaza are a source of pride and honor.”

Other clips include interviews with Mahmoud al-Bash, a senior PA official, as well as quotes from the official Palestinian Authority television channel, a source of incessant anti-Israel propaganda and incitement to murder Jews.

These statements are bolstered by the directives published late last week by the Ministry of Endowments and Religious Affairs in the Palestinian Authority, calling on all religious leaders to voice unequivocal support for the murderous attack in their Friday sermons in the mosques of Judea, Samaria and East Jerusalem.

All of the above provide a clear picture of the mindset of the Palestinian Authority leadership, which reflects the stance of the Palestinian Authority public.

“The social networks are awash with words of praise and glorification for the perpetrators of the massacre, including very explicit statements by key senior figures in the Palestinian Authority,” says Tamar Sikurel, spokesperson for the Regavim Movement.

“Although the paradigm that has guided Israel’s security framework has exploded in the face of the citizens of the State of Israel and the entire Jewish people, there are still those who are trying to resuscitate it by force.

“The statements in the video by senior PA officials prove what we have long contended: The PA is not different from Hamas in any way; it pursues precisely the same goal of eradicating the Jewish People.

“The Palestinian Authority – and those it represents – celebrate the incineration of innocents in their homes, horrific acts of rape, kidnapping and murder, butchering of women and babies and the destruction of flourishing communities in southern Israel as “a dream come true,” a “miraculous victory” and a “source of great joy,”” Sikurel notes.

“These statements should be seen, studied and fully internalized by anyone still burying their head in the sand or harboring illusions about the Palestinian Authority being the “good guys.”

The equation of terror has been proven beyond a shadow of doubt: Palestinian Authority = Hamas = ISIS.”
