Jerusalem Day began at sundown on Thursday, celebrating the liberation and reunification of Israel’s eternal capital in 1967. Due to Coronavirus, the flag parade, celebrations and gathering at the Kotel are very subdued and limited this year. Normally tens of thousands of people participate.
