Overnight, security forces uncovered a store selling illegal weapons, and seized hundreds of weapon parts and ammunition. The store owner was apprehend overnight and, together with eight other suspects, was handed over to security forces for questioning.
Another store suspected of receiving and selling weapon parts over the past few years was uncovered as well.
Security forces have uncovered a terror cell responsible for ordering weapon parts via the internet. Over the past few months, four firearms and hundreds of weapon parts belonging to the cell were uncovered and seized in several security forces’ operations. The seized cache included 130 bullets, 90 magazines and 127 weapon parts.
