8:35 AM Road UPDATE: The Tunnel Road between Gush Etzion and Jerusalem is still open.

8:30 AM Highways to Gush Etzion closed from north (tunnel roads and Beitar) to all non-residents.

7:55 AM Police advise, if you need to go to Jerusalem, go early. Only Highway 443 will be open later today for leaving Jerusalem. The Highway 1 entrance/exit from Jerusalem will be closed starting 10 AM.

7:52 AM IEC (Israel Electric Company) not yet starting its emergency generators in Shiloh. They’re hoping to fix the electricity before the snow begins.

7:45 AM Snow has begun to fall, with reports of snow in Kiryat Arba (not sticking yet), Beit Manoach, Beit Chagai, Gush Etzion and Efrat. Strong winds have knocked down electricity in Gush Adumim (it’s now back), Shiloh and Yitzhar.
