The US EUCOM Commander, General Curtis M. Scaparrotti, begins an official visit in Israel Monday, March 6, as guest of the IDF Chief of Staff, Lieutenant General Gadi Eizenkot.
General Scaparrotti and Lieutenant General Eizenkot will discuss a variety of issues during the visit, including region developments and shared challenges.

General Scaparrotti will visit several locations and military bases in Israel and meet with senior officials.
The visit reinforces the strong and enduring US-Israel defense relationship and continues the cooperation between the two militaries.
This is General Scaparrotti’s second visit to Israel.
