Bitter anti-Israel rock musician Roger Waters used a giant, pig-shaped balloon emblazoned with a Star of David and symbols of dictatorial regimes during a recent concert in Belgium.

Waters, who recently urged other performers to boycott Israel and compared Israel to apartheid South Africa, was singing on stage on July 20 under the balloon while toting a machine gun replica and wearing a long black leather jacket with a red-and-white arm band, reminiscent of a Nazi uniform.

The former Pink Floyd member was singing “get him up against the wall, that one looks Jewish and that one’s a coon, who let all of this riff-raff into the room” – the lyrics of the song “In the Flesh.”

Thousands of fans shouted his name and applauded as he stood on stage pretending to fire the replica.

Michael Froehlich, editor-in-chief of the Belgian Jewish monthly Goods Actual, called on the government to issue a statement condemning what he  called “an anti-Semitic display” at the concert.

  1. Time for every country to ban that pig from performing anywhere.
What does that pig know about Israel, except what he has been told by haters such as T and Iran.
funnily, but the Arabs living in Israel have the only freedom of any Arab ialsomic county.

  3. What is a nice, goyishe revisionist that denies the Holocaust trying to say? That the Jews and Israel have done nothing wrong to the palestinians and that it is all bogus make believe for palestinians to claim victim hood?

  4. to be fair, the nazi uniform isn't new in the wall and the album has "pink," the character's name, dreaming that he is fascist, which is one of the reasons he "builds the wall" also his diplomatic political views of israel are warranted. I'm jewish and just got back from israel but the west bank and everything there is a reasonable thing to be opposed too, and while there is more to that situation than that, it is fair to be against it. don't forget the star of david is on the israeli flag. it may not be a charge against judaism, but against the state of israel. in my opinion, until he addresses this, I do not consider waters as being anti-semitic. in fact, in the song he was playing in that video, he, in a way marks that it is wrong to be against someone for race or beliefs. in the flesh is him calling out "Pink" for blaming his fans for his troubled life. honestly, a lot of the context of his accusations of anti-semitism are unwarranted to me.

  5. I am an artist and I object vociferously to Waters blatant antisemitism. He is not just another artist but one who has influence, dubious and scurrilous as that may be. After a concert I would not be surprised if lyrics“get him up against the wall, that one looks Jewish and that one’s a coon, who let all of this riff-raff into the room” inspires some fans to do just that.

  6. He hasn't been part of the band for a long time, he just has right to use some stuff. I can't see sweet old David Gilmour doing anything hateful. Roger Water is and has always been a FREAK. Could never stand him.

  8. I realize not all jews are zionist scumbags. I actually know a few good jews. I also know Zionism is the root of nearly all evil in the world and must be eliminated.

More and more Americans are learning Israel staged the 9/11 attacks and hopefully soon Israel will pay for their crimes against humanity. USS Liberty, Lavon Affair, Sandy Hook, murder of JFK are just a few of the many Israeli attacks on America. When Americans take back their government and learn the truth about Israel, paybacks could be rather harsh…

I believe Palestine should be restored to the Palestinians to whom it rightfully belongs. The zionists can easily be sent to hell where they belong. I doubt there is anyplace on earth zionists would be welcome other than Antarctica where possibly no more than 500 people would object.

  9. Roger Waters is an idiot savant – gifted musician, but worth nothing as far as anything else is concerned, with the majority of the volume behind his forehead in the form of an empty resonance box. An IQ of a wounded fly… Thinks that writing a piece of music about a wall some 40+ years ago makes him an expert on walls and apartheid. This makes him not only an idiot but also an ignoramus. How befitting in the company of the Paleshitnians and their fellow travelers!
