Geller Submits Anti-Islamist Ads to MTA Rebutting Hate Israel Ads

The American Freedom Defense Initiative, the group that brought you subway ads equating Muslims to savages, is hoping to install yet another round of anti-Islamist posters, this time at Metro-North stations.

Pamela Geller, NYC’s most outspoken Islamophobe and executive director of the AFDI, submitted the ads to the MTA Tuesday.

Geller’s ads are in response to a pro-Palestinian campaign by American Muslims for Palestine, which hit Metro-North stations on Monday, the first day of Passover.

The posters use a quote from Nobel Peace Prize recipient Desmond Tutu comparing Israel’s treatment of the Palestinians to apartheid in South Africa.

The new campaign will feature the headline: “This is Islamic apartheid” above disturbing images, including one with two blindfolded men about to be hanged with nooses.

The caption below reads: “Gay under Islamic law (Sharia).”

Due to a previous court ruling that required the agency to post Geller’s other anti-Muslim ads, the new posters are expected to be approved.

The MTA, however, will likely include a prominent disclaimer on the ads that reads, “This is a paid advertisement sponsored by the American Freedom Defense Initiative. The display of this advertisement does not imply MTA’s endorsement of any views expressed.”

Geller wrote of the ads in a blog post:

This anti-Israel ad is exactly the technique that Hitler’s minions used. If you read the writings of Goebbels, the Nazi narrative was that they were the victims. They were the put-upon ones. That’s how they sold annihilation. And this is the same thing. It’s not surprising that Islamic supremacists would appropriate the propaganda methods of the Third Reich, as they partnered with Hitler and shared the same goal.

Wow, how disappointing. I was starting to enjoy this publication until I read this devoid of common sense article. I will be unsubscribing from the email list. It is not Islamaphobic to state facts. And if anyone should understand the dangers of Islam, it should be Jews. Good luck with your Dhimmi writers like Yori Yanover. Might as well just surrender or convert to Islam since you feed credence to the attacks on those people who try and help. But America will never end up that way; there are too many rational intelligent and brave people like Miss Gellar here, and not coward apologists like Yori Yanover.

  3. pamella geller is a bright light. Jews everywhere should be thankful for her good works and her courage to break the web of anti-semitism.

  4. Cody Flecker says:

Pamela Geller and her news rant is really no news at all. Why inflame the Moslems, especially the Black Muslims in NYC over ads that no one in his or her right mind will ever read. This is ther New York subway system, which if anything is as close to hell as imaginable.

  5. Some of the worse places in the world for blacks are actually in the Arab.

  6. Black need to wake up and stop supporting these Arabs who kill them, just look at Libya when the Muslims take over.

  7. . I recently bowed out of the interfaith Holocaust service, because it was a custom to include Hatikvah at the end, but now some Christian groups object as they support the Palestinians and the Muslim Imams would either sit or leave during the Hatikvah. Perhaps interfaith Holocaust programs no longer make sense, at least to me. I do not need the stress of seeing disrespect being afforded to Israel and nor do I wish to compromise by leaving Hatikvah out. The interfaith Holocaust memorials started as well intentioned way for the Jewish people and other groups to pause and reflect on man’s capacity to perpetuate unbelievable cruelty against his fellow and to commiserate as a group and others, with the Jews and hopefully prevent this nightmare from reoccurring. Over the years it was understandably modified to include other victims of genocidal mass killings, though these mass killings were not really analogous, as the Nazis were obsessed at not just killing Jews as a competing group, but Hitler desired to eliminate our creed and it’s pervasive influence on humanity, particularly Christian doxy. As a result of Muslim participation and twisted liberalism, this is morphing into a twisted canard where Israel is being blamed for perpetuating ethnic killings against the Palestinians as the Jews were slaughtered by the Nazis. One can understand the Islamo-Nazis belief system with a quote from the Talmud. We do not see things as they are. We see them as we are. RABBI DR. As it states,

    • The British Mandate government briefly banned its performance in 1919 due to Arab anti-Zionist political activity.

    • In 1944, Czech Jews spontaneously sang it at the entry to the Auschwitz-Birkenau gas chamber and, as reported by a member of the Sonderkommando, were beaten by SS guards.

The link is clear, the Arabs were against Hatikvah before there was Israel or even before the myth of Palestinian people. Furthermore, Jews sang it while being led to their death. How dare anyone allow individuals to leave in protest during Hatikvah with the canard they are commemorating the Holocaust but against the State of Israel. Just keep quoting Dr Martin Luther King, Jr “When people criticize Zionists, they mean Jews. You're talking anti-Semitism.”.

  8. This is one of a series of brilliant ads that show Islam as it really is – xenophobic and fascist.

Pam Geller is a shining example of a positive influence to counter the extreme Arab propaganda.
