ISIS Kidnaps 10-year-olds for Army, Ultimate Aim: Jerusalem

Thursday, July 3rd, 2014

In Syria and Iraq, the Al Qaeda-inspired Islamic State of Iraq and al-Shams (ISIS) is now kidnapping boys as young as 10 years old to “recruit” them for a Shari’a (Islamic law) army whose ultimate goal is to “liberate” Jerusalem.

Some of the boys are joining up voluntarily, according to a report posted on the RT website. But many more are being conscripted against their will, and forced to fight in a jihad (Islamist holy war) they barely understand.

The two terrorists killed last Friday in Gaza in a surgical air strike by Israeli fighter pilots were both members of ISIS who had infiltrated the region. The terrorist group has begun to make its way towards Israel via the Sinai Peninsula in Egypt and Hamas-ruled Gaza. It has already seized control of the sole border crossing between Jordan and Iraq — a victory that prompted the United States to send troops overseas to “advise” officials in the Iraqi army, and quietly assist its ally, Jordan.

The report in RT quoted The Daily Beast, which described the youngest known ISIS fighter, 10-year-old ‘Abdullah,’ fighting with the group in the northern Iraqi city of Mosul.

The report described the young boy – who in this case joined up voluntarily, following his father and brother — as being masked and toting a heavy machine gun that was “about as big as him.”

But equally disturbing was the declaration by a gunman with the boy who told the news outlet, “We believe they will conquer all of Iraq and Persia and that they will liberate Jerusalem.

“They have a dream and their dream is to establish an Islamic state.”

Children in the ISIS bases undergo a 25-day course in which they are taught an extremist form of Islam and Shari’a law in daily classes, as well as the principles of jihad ideology. In addition, they are given field and combat training and are taught to use weapons, ITV reported.

The United Nations has apparently confirmed at least some of the above, noting in its annual report published in May, “children fighting in Syria with ISIS are reportedly paid like adults (35,000 Syrian pounds, approx. $200) and undergo both weapons and jihadist indoctrination training.”

Some of the children are subsequently sent on suicide bombing missions, according to a report published on June 24 by the Human Rights Watch organization.

The ISIS force currently fighting in Iraq is comprised of some 7,000 to 10,000 guerrillas.

German Gov’t Charges Local Syrian Fighter with Terrorism

Thursday, June 12th, 2014

The German government is charging a man in Berlin with membership in a terrorist organization after he returned from fighting for the opposition forces in the Syrian civil war.

The 26 year old was also charged as an accessory to manslaughter and attempted incitement to murder, international media reported.

In accordance with local privacy laws, only his first name – Harun P. – was released. The man allegedly traveled to Syria last September to join the radical Islamist group, Junud al-Sham. He is accused of participating in an operation in February to free prisoners from a government jail, leaving two Syrian soldiers dead in the process.

He is also alleged to have urged – unsuccessfully – the murder of two individuals who considered bringing a 16-year-old relative to Germany due to his fears she would inform authorities about his activities.

Netanyahu: Syrian Border Full of Jihad and Hezbollah Terrorists

Tuesday, March 18th, 2014

The “border with Syria has lately been full of jihad and Hezbollah terrorists, placing us with a new challenge, Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu told the Likud party caucus Tuesday.

Speaking shortly after a bomb, apparently planted by Hezbollah, exploded at an Israeli patrol and wounded three soldiers, he added, “We have succeeded to maintain quiet against the civil war in Syria, and we will continue to act with aggressiveness to maintain the security of Israel.”

UN Human Rights Stops Updating Syrian Death Toll

Wednesday, January 8th, 2014

The United Nations no longer will report on how many people have been killed in the raging Syrian civil war because it says it no longer has enough sources in the field for reliable information.

The last official count by the U.N. Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights was around 100,000, while the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights has said  that the verified figure is 130,000 but could be as high as 200,000. The United Nations say it could confirm or deny the estimate.

The number has risen by a few hundred or more the past week because of as a second war, pitting opposition forces against Al Qaeda terrorists, whom rebels accused of abuses, although the number of fighters in the war who have not committed abuses is somewhere around zero.

kidnappings, torture, assassinations and public executions have become routine practice by forces loyal to Syrian President Bassar al-Assad and by the opposition.

A security official in Damascus, referring to rebels and the Al-Qaeda-linked Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant told AFP that, “nothing unites them except terrorism.”

And there is nothing that could unite all parties in the war – including jihadists and Assad – except Israel.

Morocco Busts Nationwide Terrorist Group

Thursday, December 26th, 2013

Moroccan officials said they have arrested more than 50 suspects in a bust on a nationwide “terrorist cell” that operated in 50 cities. The suspects included those “who have trained with terrorist organizations in the handling of various weapons and explosives,” Morocco’s interior ministry stated.

One of those arrested formerly had been held on charges of terrorism and now is accused of raising money and recruiting terrorists, many of whom were trained to use rifles and explosives.

The members of the terror camel were arrested after returning from Syria, according to a lawyer for Salafists who also was taken into custody.

Al Qaeda released a video in September calling for jihad in Morocco, which is an ally of France and the United States.

Hevron Islamists Mourn Deaths of Salafist Terrorists

Wednesday, November 27th, 2013

Islamic and “Palestinian nationalist factions” in Hevron declared a day of mourning on Wednesday for the three Salafist jihad terrorists who Israel said were planning to attack Palestinian Authority official as well as Israelis, according to the Bethlehem-based Ma’an News Agency.

The IDF and Israel Security Agency (Shin Bet) forces killed the three terrorists in Yatta, immediately south of Hevron, on Tuesday after meeting resistance during an attempt to arrest them.

The Islamists, apparently rejecting the Israeli statement, called on Arabs to “beware of Israeli media which disseminates poisonous reports in an attempt to harm Palestinian unity.”

IDF Kills Three PA Salafist Terrorists in Heart of Judea and Samaria

Tuesday, November 26th, 2013

Israel security forces killed three Salafist jihadi terrorists hiding out in the city of Yatta, immediately south of Hevron, early Tuesday evening after trying to arrest them before they could carry out terrorist operations against both the Palestinian Authority and Israel.

Two of the terrorists opened fire on Special Forces soldiers who shot at their car in an attempt to arrest them,  and the troops returned fired and killed them. A third suspect was found later and was killed in a gun battle, without injures to Israeli forces.

The terrorists  had been staying in Yatta for several months, and soldiers found explosives and two hand guns in their car after the clash.

Israel has granted the Palestinian Authority the freedom to control security in the areas, but once again it was Israeli forces who foiled a plot that was aimed at killing as many Jews as possible or kidnapping a soldier for ransom to force Israel to free more terrorists.

Palestinian Authority  chairman Mahmoud Abbas has not commented on the incident.

The presence of Salafist terrorists in the Palestinian Authority represents an extreme depending of the terrorist infrastructure that the Palestinian Authority for more than two decades has been committed to dismantle.

“Investigations indicate that the members of the network were planning different terror attacks against Israeli targets and against the Palestinian Authority,” the IDF stated. “Over the past few months the members of the terrorist network acted to organize an expanded terror infrastructure which included preparing and manufacturing explosives, purchasing weapons and arranging an apartment for hiding.”

The military added that the cell “was planning to execute a terror attack in the upcoming days.”

“The terrorists were members of a Salafist Jihad terrorist cell that was planning an attack in the coming days,” said police spokesman Mickey Rosenfeld.

The Salafist network extended from the area of Yatir, south of Hevron-Kiryat Arba, all the way to Shechem in the north, according to the IDF. Security forces arrested a number of members of the terrorist network before Tuesday’s counter terrorist operation.

“This terrorist network is just a sample of those who try to harm Israeli civilians and undermine the existing security stability,” said IDF Spokesman Lt. Col. Peter Lerner. “Operational access combined with quality intelligence gives us the upper hand on these evildoers and their beastly intentions. It is our obligation to prevent them from fulfilling their detestable fantasies .”

The presence of the jihadist network in the southern and northern ends of Judea and Samaria, and the IDF operation to eliminate it, are testimony against constant claims by the Obama administration that PA chairman Mahmoud Abbas is controlling terror.
