Hezbollah terrorists fired 16 rockets into northern Israeli territory at exactly the same time that Hamas in Gaza launched its massive rocket barrage at southern Israel.

Lebanon's response: "“No one can impose conditions, amendments or new arrangements on Lebanon, and any step in this direction would be rejected and confronted by us."

Overnight between Sunday and Monday, three Israeli soldiers were wounded when Hezbollah shelled an IDF post near Shtula.

Iran's Hezbollah proxy group in Lebanon attacked Israel multiple times during the day on Sunday, triggering Red Alert incoming rocket sirens in various communities.

The soldiers suffered shrapnel and other wounds but were not in life-threatening condition, according to a hospital spokesperson from Ziv Medical Center.

No Israelis were injured from either enemy barrag

These were the first rocket sirens to be heard in the Jewish State since the start of the "hudna" last weekend.

In 2023, very few Israeli residents of the northern border communities would agree to return home unless Hezbollah is driven, by peaceful means or otherwise, north of the Litani River.

He also demanded that Israel end its “aggressive actions” in Gaza.

At around 12:30 pm, Hezbollah fired a particularly intense barrage of dozens of rockets towards northern Israel, the largest since Oct. 7.

Rocket fire aimed at Israel has also continued from across Israel's northern and southern border from the early morning hours and throughout the day.

In addition to attacks by 3 suicide drones, 25 rockets were fired by Hezbollah from Lebanon toward multiple locations along the border, including close to IDF army posts. The IDF has also been busy with air strikes and artillery fire.

A Nahal Brigade combat team directed a warplane from a distance to eliminate terrorists who tried to fire on them from a rooftop.

Israeli forces have begun carrying out limited offensive, pre-emptive operations against Hezbollah positions in Lebanon.

Fourteen other Israeli civilians were injured in the attack. Hezbollah claimed responsibility for firing a guided anti-tank missile at the repair crew.

"We will restore security to the north and we will restore security to the south," the prime minister pledged.

Seven IDF soldiers were wounded during Hezbollah shelling towards the town of Manara earlier in the day.

Iran's Lebanese proxy, Hezbollah, claimed responsibility for the attack, calling it "support for the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip."

If Hezbollah decides to launch a full-scale war against Israel, this may be its worst possible opportunity.

"If [Hezbollah] will make such mistakes here, the first to pay the price will be the citizens of Lebanon. What we can do in Gaza, we can also do in Beirut,”

Earlier in the day, all the remaining residents of Israel's northernmost border city, Kiryat Shmona, were urged to evacuate in light of the deteriorating security situation.

In the early evening hours, Hezbollah fired a barrage of rockets at Israel’s northernmost city, Kiryat Shmona, while several others were headed towards Metula and other towns.

Needless to say, most Arabs reacted with disappointment mixed with ridicule to Nasrallah's show of belligerent standoffishness.

Multiple coordinated rocket barrages from across Israel's northern and southern borders clarified that a second front indeed appears to have been opened in the north.
