On Monday, Foreign Minister Avigdor Liberman's party Yisrael Beytenu released a video stressing the importance of passing a law mandating equal service for all Israelis. The video shows, through dramatic graphics, how by 2020 a majority of Israelis will not be serving. Titled “One Citizenship. One Obligation. One Opportunity. One Vote,” the clip was released ahead of the planned vote on Yisrael Beytenu’s IDF, National, or Civilian Service Law Proposal this Wednesday in the Knesset.

Until recently, roads have not been revamped, the train's route was not developed, and traffic jams across the country intensified due to an increase in the number of private vehicles. Thousands of Ultra-Orthodox adults and young children are protesting against the universal draft in Kikar Shabbat in Jerusalem. The adults have handcuffed all the children together as part of their protest. United Torah Judaism and Shas have renounced  the demonstration and passed the message to Prime Minister Netanyahu.

The mission of the organization is to prevent at-risk youth from dropping out of high school and to reintegrate detached youth into normative frameworks. More than 1.5 Million Views for Israel’s Christian You Tube Channel

The Ministry of Tourism's Christian You Tube channel is attracting millions of viewers from around the world. Launched at the end of 2011, the channel crossed the 1.5 million mark this week, averaging 5,500 views per day. And while these numbers are quite tame compared to the truly viral clips on You Tube, the Ministry of Tourism views the channel as an important platform in exposing Israel to the Christian world, promoting tourism to Israel at a time when some large denominations are debating boycotting Israel altogether.

On Monday, the Church of England's General Synod overwhelmingly passed a motion to support the Ecumenical Accompaniment Programme in Palestine and Israel. The program "brings internationals to the West Bank to experience life under occupation" and "monitor and report human rights abuses" for a period of three to four months. As part of the program, participants are encouraged to lobby on behalf of the Palestinian cause upon their return.

JERUSALEM – A panel of three Jerusalem regional court judges acquitted former Israeli prime minister Ehud Olmert on Tuesday of all corruption charges in the Rishon Tours and Moshe Talansky matters.
